Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
- Create and process purchase orders
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Perform journal entries and assist in monthly closing processes
- Support the accounting team with daily financial tasks
Persyaratan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong understanding and experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience with invoicing and purchase order (PO) processes is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Google spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
